August Alsina is getting back to business. After collapsing on stage earlier this month, the R&B singer is ready to return to the road.

August suffered seizures as a result of hitting his head when he fell off stage at Irving Plaza on September 15. He was in a three-day coma and is recovering at home in New Orleans after being released from a New York City hospital earlier this week, reports TMZ…
